A support-ticket system — members open private tickets from a panel, staff manage them with dedicated controls, and each panel supports multiple ticket types. Free tier includes one ticket panel (Premium unlocks up to three).

Detection for impostor accounts, scam invites, external links and mass mentions, plus a security scan for recent joins/rejoins/leaves. On the free tier, flagged threats are deleted and posted as an actionable alert card with Ban/Kick buttons for a human to decide. (Premium adds automatic action — see below.)

Let members pick their own interest roles from a self-service panel, organised into categories. Free tier includes one category with up to three roles (Premium unlocks up to 10 categories × 15 roles).

Turn detection into action. Premium unlocks automatic bans on impostor accounts, scam invites, external links and mass mentions — configured per-threat, so you decide exactly what's automated and what still routes to a human. It also connects your server to a cross-server scam & impostor protection network: known bad actors flagged anywhere in the community are caught on your server before they act. Offer time-limited trial access with automatic expiry — the whole trial flow is Premium-only. Trial timers are weekend- and holiday-aware (each independently configurable), members receive trial welcome and expiry DMs, trials can auto-assign on verification, and they upgrade cleanly to full membership when a member subscribes.

Every server's level-up cards come themed out of the box — the Minimal Dark style with the PL Admin Bot logo. Premium makes them yours: choose any of five curated background themes — Minimal Dark, Cyberpunk Neon, Retro Synthwave, Fantasy / RPG and Bold Geometric — pick an accent colour from that theme's palette (it tints the progress bar, the “LEVEL UP!” label and the member's avatar ring), and upload your own logo to replace ours on every card. The background even changes on its own as members climb — cycling through the theme's five variants — so the look stays fresh with no extra setup.

Premium leveling also includes personal Rank Check — a private, on-demand rank embed each member can pull up (up to 5×/day). Core XP, the leaderboard and the improved bracket-based progress bar stay free for everyone.
